GLOBAL TRAINING AND BODY MOBILITY
Improve your physical condition without reducing your joint mobility.
Many sports disciplines and methodologies improve physical condition but at the cost of reducing joint mobility, putting at risk the integrity of the structures (tendons, cartilage, ligaments and muscles) triggering injuries in the medium or long term.
That is why in Corporis we have specially designed these classes for those people who want to take special care of their health and fitness, improving not only their cardiocirculatory level, strength and muscle balance but also the overall range of motion of your body.
The class will consist of two parts. In the first part, we will perform a strength and endurance circuit to improve muscular strength and aerobic capacity, here we will include exercises with barbells, weights, your own body weight and resistance exercises. Then, after this circuit, we will perform a series of global mobility and stretching exercises that will allow a progressive improvement of joint range of motion, thanks to the flexibilization of the structures surrounding the joints (muscles, fasciae, capsules and tendons).
How many classes can I do per week?
To experience the benefits of this work methodology is to do a minimum of 2 classes per week.

Between 4-8 people
