These Classes are specially designed for those people who need to enhance their deep abdominal musculature and in turn strengthen the legs / buttocks, returning greater agility to your body and improving the functionality of your back. This work has great benefits for people who suffer from frequent discomfort in the lumbar region because of poor posture, sedentary lifestyle or prolonged efforts.
The session consists of three phases. The first phase will improve the mobility and flexibility of the specific muscles of the hips, back and legs. The second part will consist of a sequence of exercises that will improve the abdominal, gluteal and leg muscles. Finally, a third phase will focus on returning to calm, oxygenating the body through a slow and deep breathing while we feel how the blood circulation nourishes the areas worked.
How many classes can I do per week?
To experience the benefits of this work methodology is to do a minimum of 2 classes per week.
