Before starting to work, an interview is conducted with the trainer to know your initial physical condition, current or past ailments and goals to achieve. This interview lasts between 15-20 min and is of vital importance to lay the foundations of what we will do the following weeks. With the information obtained in this initial interview our trainer develops a specific work plan for you, teaches and corrects it, verifying that both the technique of execution, such as loads and intensities are perfectly synchronized with the objectives set.

How long does a class last?
The duration of the classes is 1 hour, although we have 30-minute classes available for cases that require less time.
